Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- yellow squash - 3 c
- small jar pimento optional - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Save 1/2 of stuffing mix for top. Melt margarine; add stuffing mix, salt and pepper to taste. Cook squash until tender; drain. Mix all ingredients; top with remaining stuffing. Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350° until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
