Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken stock - 1 tsp
- white sauce - 6 oz
- instant onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped spinach, cooked and drained well - 2 pkg
How to make spinach souffle:
Combine white sauce, sour cream, onions, chicken stock and salt. Blend in spinach. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Bake 30 to 35 minutes if doubling.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
