Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- pinch of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make spinach souffle:
Squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Place all ingredients in blender-blend till combined. Butter a souffle dish or 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 parmesan cheese - pour mixture in and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
