Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 C
- grated parmesan cheese - 2 C
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook frozen spinach and onion in 3/4 inch water. Mix rest of the ingredients with spinach and onions. Pour into greased casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
