Ingredients/Components

  • frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sour cream - 1 C
  • grated parmesan cheese - 2 C
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make spinach souffle:

Cook frozen spinach and onion in 3/4 inch water. Mix rest of the ingredients with spinach and onions. Pour into greased casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set.
