  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • frozen spinach - 1 (10
  • diced American cheese - 1/4 c
  • diced Brick cheese - 1/4 c

How to make spinach souffle:

Cook spinach and drain. Beat eggs and add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4.
