- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1 item
- frozen spinach - 1 (10
- diced American cheese - 1/4 c
- diced Brick cheese - 1/4 c
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook spinach and drain. Beat eggs and add spinach, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Fold in cottage cheese and cubed cheeses. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
