Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 1
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken stock - 1 c
- chicken fryer, cut into pieces - 3 4
How to make chicken paprika:
In large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat and add onion and green peppers. Saute until limp. Add paprika and saute over 5 minutes. (Secret is sauteing paprika long enough to release flavor.) Add chicken and salt and then chicken stock. Cover aRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
