Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- chopped frozen spinach - 1 pkg
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dry vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- sour cream - 16 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and drain spinach. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients. Squeeze excess juice out of spinach with fork or spin dry. Add all items together. Refrigerate. Hollow out round rye (or pumpernickel) bread. Keep bread pieces to dip. Fill hollow with Spinach Dip when ready to serve.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
