Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- box Birds Eye frozen chopped spinach, drained - 1 item
- scallions - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 1/2
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- box dry vegetable soup mix preferably Knorr - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Allow spinach to thaw. Chop scallions and water chestnuts into small pieces. Add all ingredients together (except spinach) and mix. After all is mixed well, add drained (make sure it's drained well) spinach and mix. Chill. Great with Sociables crackers and vegetable crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
