- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- container sour cream - 1 (16
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped optional - 1 oz
- Knorr vegetable soup, dip and recipe mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
In medium bowl, stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed. Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well. If desired, spoon into round bread bowl. Serve with cut up vegetables or chips. Try gourmet crackers. Makes about 4 cups.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
