Noodle stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- tomato juice - 4 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make noodle stroganoff:
Brown ground chuck with onion in large skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain and stir in next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir in noodles gradually. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Do not boil.
