Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- medium onions, diced - 2 item
- herb bread stuffing mix - 2 c
- chopped celery or water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- boxes frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well - 2 item
- Tabasco sauce several dashes - 1 item
How to make spinach balls:
Drain cooked spinach well and mix with all other ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Can be frozen before baking to use later. Makes 60 to 70 balls.Can also be used as a casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 425°.
