Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 3/4 c
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • medium onions, diced - 2 item
  • herb bread stuffing mix - 2 c
  • chopped celery or water chestnuts - 1/2 c
  • boxes frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well - 2 item
  • Tabasco sauce several dashes - 1 item

How to make spinach balls:

Drain cooked spinach well and mix with all other ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Can be frozen before baking to use later. Makes 60 to 70 balls.

Can also be used as a casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 425°.
