Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- green or red pepper - 1/2 item
- Spread over crust
- Make crust around edge of pan
- packet Ranch dressing - 1 item
- or 5 clusters cauliflower, chopped - 4 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Pat onto cookie sheet or pizza pan. Make crust around edge of pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool.Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. mayonnaise1 packet Ranch dressing Combine. Spread over crust.Topping:4 or 5 clusters broccoli, chopped4 or 5 clusters cauliflower, chopped1/2 green or red pepper1 carrot, grated Press vegetables slightly into filling.Make and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Makes 60 to 70 squares.
