  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • crushed corn flakes
  • chopped green onions - 1/3 c
  • medium potatoes - 6 item

How to make potato casserole:

Boil potatoes until tender and cool, peel and grate. Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup; blend in sour cream, onions and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Place mixture in buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole. Mix corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
