- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- Special K cereal
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- or 7 red potatoes, cooked and grated peel before or after cooking - 6 item
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. Special K cereal2 Tbsp. melted butter Heat soup, then melt butter in soup. Add sour cream, cheese, onions and potatoes. Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
