- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dry sherry - 1 Tbsp
- fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp - 12 oz
How to make shrimp in garlic butter:
Thaw shrimp if frozen. In a large skillet heat margarine or butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook stirring frequently for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley and sherry. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Sauces, Main dish, Savory sauces.
