Shrimp in garlic butter



  • margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dry sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp - 12 oz

How to make shrimp in garlic butter:

Thaw shrimp if frozen. In a large skillet heat margarine or butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook stirring frequently for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley and sherry. Makes 4 servings.
