Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/4 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • cans minced clams - 2 item
  • small garlic cloves, chopped - 3 item

How to make white clam sauce:

Place oil in frying pan with garlic. Simmer. Drain the juice from cans of clams into a cup. Pour 1/2 cup of clam juice into pan. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add rest of clam juice, clams, parsley and water. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over linguini.
