Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 4 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • can tomato paste - 8 oz
  • large green peppers - 4 item
  • large onions - 4 item
  • tomatoes, chunked and skinned - 6 qt
  • to 8 jalapeno peppers depends on hotness - 6 item

How to make salsa:

Cook all ingredients together and pour in pint canning jars. Put in hot bath for 35 minutes.
