  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
  • large green pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • shrimp - 2 lb
  • garlic cloves - 3 item
  • cooking wine - 1/2 c
  • can red peppers - 1 item

How to make shrimp creole:

Clean and wash shrimp; fry in hot oil. When they turn pink, add minced onion, pounded garlic and ground pepper; allow to cook slightly. Add chopped parsley, ground red pepper with its liquid, tomato sauce, ketchup, bay leaf, wine, salt, Accent, ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Allow to cook for 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat. Serves six. "Cuba!"
