Ingredients/Components
- salt
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1/2 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- large green pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- ground pepper - 1 tsp
- Accent - 1 tsp
- shrimp - 2 lb
- garlic cloves - 3 item
- cooking wine - 1/2 c
- can red peppers - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Clean and wash shrimp; fry in hot oil. When they turn pink, add minced onion, pounded garlic and ground pepper; allow to cook slightly. Add chopped parsley, ground red pepper with its liquid, tomato sauce, ketchup, bay leaf, wine, salt, Accent, ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
