  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • celery - 1/2 c
  • medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large chopped onion - 1 item
  • stick softened butter - 1/2 item
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • cans crabmeat - 2 1/2
  • buttered toast crumbs - 2 c
  • sour cream to soften - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Mix ingredients and shape into cakes. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
