Rhubarb crisp



  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • sifted flour - 1 c
  • rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb crisp:

Mix flour and sugar together. Work in the butter. Mix until texture is crumbly. Spread fruit evenly in buttered shallow baking pan. Spread crumb mixture on top of rhubarb. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and crumb mixture is golden brown. Serve warm with or without cream.
