  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • sifted flour - 1/2 c
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans1 stick butter1/2 c. sifted flour Mix and layer first 6 ingredients in dish.

Then mix together the topping ingredients and layer that on the top of potato mixture. Need to bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
