Ingredients/Components
- box light brown sugar - 1 item
- eggs - 5 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- warm water - 3/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- can coconut - 1 oz
- unbaked 9-inch pie shells - 2 item
How to make easy coconut pie:
Combine sugar and eggs; beat well. Add butter, water, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until filling is firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
