Easy coconut pie



  • box light brown sugar - 1 item
  • eggs - 5 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • warm water - 3/4 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • can coconut - 1 oz
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shells - 2 item

How to make easy coconut pie:

Combine sugar and eggs; beat well. Add butter, water, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
