  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut extract - 1 tsp
  • bag coconut - 1/2 item
  • coconut flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • Topping:3 egg whites

How to make coconut pie:

Topping:3 egg whites3 tsp. sugar1 tsp. coconut extract Mix sugar and flour. Mix in eggs. Mix in 1 c. milk at a time. Pour in vanilla and coconut flavoring. Cook in skillet on low heat. Pour in coconut when mixture starts to get thick. Cook until thick. Pour in cooked deep dish pie crust.

For topping: Beat ingredients until fluffy. Place on top and brown topping in oven.
