- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- oleo - 4 Tbsp
How to make coconut pie:
Beat eggs until light. Blend with sugar. Add melted oleo, then milk, vanilla and coconut. Pour into pastry. Bake 15 minutes at 400°, then 35 to 40 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
