  • heavy cream - 1 pt
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
  • Oreos, crushed - 24 item
  • creme de menthe or 1/4 c - 1/4 c

How to make grasshopper pie:

Mix Oreos and margarine together. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Press remaining Oreo mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.

Place marshmallow cream in bowl; slowly add creme de menthe. Fold into whipped heavy cream. Pour into pie shell. Top with Oreo crumbs. Freeze and enjoy.
