Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- corn meal - 2 tsp
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- butter 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
- uncooked pie shell - 1 item
How to make chess pie:
Mix eggs and butter. Add sugar, milk, salt, corn meal and vanilla. Cook in raw shell at 350° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
