Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon
- pkg - 1 oz
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked oatmeal - 1/2 c
How to make rhubarb crisp:
Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Preheat oven to 375°. Combine rhubarb and strawberries. In separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup berry juice with sugar and cornstarch; stir well. Add fruit and mix again. Place in well-greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.In medium bowl, mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm or let cool - equally as tasty.
