- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- oil - 2/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- sour milk or buttermilk - 1 c
- rhubarb, cut small
- Add sour milk or buttermilk, soda, salt, vanilla and flour
How to make rhubarb bread:
Beat together brown sugar, oil and egg. Add sour milk or buttermilk, soda, salt, vanilla and flour. Add rhubarb and nuts.Topping:1 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. sugar Mix ingredients for topping together and sprinkle on bread.
