Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- juice of 1 lemon
- Knox gelatine - 2 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple cream cheese salad:
Dissolve gelatine in one cup cold water. Set aside. Mix pineapple, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add the gelatine and let cool. Whip the whipping cream together with the cream cheese and add to the cooled pineapple mixture. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan and chill until firm.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Salads.
