Peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- semi-sweet mini chocolate chips - 1 c
- peanut butter chips, melted 10 oz
How to make peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake:
Heat oven to 300°. Stir together crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter. Press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. In a larger mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then peanut butter chips until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
