Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 tsp
- water - 6 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- rice - 1/2 c
- bay leaves - 2 item
- stalks celery, cut up - 3 item
- large carrots, cut up - 2 item
- cans canned tomatoes - 2 item
- to 6 beef cubes - 4 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Simmer for 20 minutes. Brown meat. Add water and bay leaves. Bring to boil and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
