- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- oil - 2/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- diced rhubarb
How to make rhubarb bread:
Mix brown sugar and oil. Add egg, buttermilk, vanilla and rhubarb. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Divide batter equally between 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Weeknight.
