- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- large eggs - 2 item
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- light corn syrup
- pecan halves - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pecan pie:
Pecan Layer:2/3 c. light corn syrup3 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. granulated sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla extract2 large eggs1 c. pecan halves In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, egg and pumpkin pie spice; stir well. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Using same bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon mixture over pumpkin layer.
