Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
- cup granulated sugar - 1 item
- cup pecans, chopped - 1 item
- cup butter, softened - 1 item
- 3/4 cups all - purpose flour - 2 item
- cup dark brown sugar packed - 1 item
- cup solid pack pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pecan bread:
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and pecans. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 loaf pans.
