Chocolate pecan pie



  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • Pet milk - 2/3 c
  • pecans halves - 1 c

How to make chocolate pecan pie:

Melt in microwave: Pet milk, oleo and chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture. Combine with dry ingredients. Add vanilla flavoring. Prebake a pie crust for 3 minutes. Place pecans in the bottom of shell. Pour chocolate mixture over pecans and bake 20 minutes at 350° or until a crack is seen on top 1-inch from the edge. Top will be a lighter brown.
