Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- Pet milk - 2/3 c
- pecans halves - 1 c
How to make chocolate pecan pie:
Melt in microwave: Pet milk, oleo and chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture. Combine with dry ingredients. Add vanilla flavoring. Prebake a pie crust for 3 minutes. Place pecans in the bottom of shell. Pour chocolate mixture over pecans and bake 20 minutes at 350° or until a crack is seen on top 1-inch from the edge.
