  • pkg - 1 2
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
