Cheesy potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom pieces, drained - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 1 c
- or 8 medium potatoes - 7 item
How to make cheesy potato bake:
Peel potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch strips. Cover with water and cook until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside. Combine 1/4 cup butter, sour cream, soup, onion, salt, pepper and mushrooms in large bowl. Mix well. Add potatoes and cheese. Stir gently. Pour into a greased oblong Pyrex dish. Mix 3 tablespoons butter and stuffing. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
