melted butter - 1/4 c
salt - 1 tsp
pepper - 1/2 tsp
chopped onions - 1/2 c
can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
sour cream - 1 pt
grated sharp cheese - 2 c
crushed cornflake crumbs - 2 c

How to make potluck potato casserole:

Blend all ingredients except cornflake crumbs and butter, and pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole. Top with cornflakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Can be refrigerated overnight.
