Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, longer if hash browns are frozen.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
