Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick butter or oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- grated Cheddar - 12 oz
- Ore-Ida hash browns - 32 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients except melted butter and corn flakes. Place in baking dish and top with corn flakes. Melt the butter and pour over all. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. (Freezes well.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
