Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 32 oz
- cheese 6 oz - 12 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place hash browns in casserole dish. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, cheese and salt. Pour over potatoes. Mix together corn flakes and melted butter; pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
