Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green onion - 3 Tbsp
- minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- can garbanzo beans - 1 oz
- can cut green beans - 1 oz
- can pitted ripe olives or wax beans - 1 oz
- Rinse kidney beans
How to make 3 bean salad:
Drain beans. Rinse kidney beans.Dressing:3/4 c. white vinegar2/3 c. salad oil1/2 tsp. minced garlic2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. basil1/4 tsp. oregano2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese1/4 tsp. paprika1/4 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. pepper2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers3 Tbsp. chopped green onion1 Tbsp. chopped pimento Combine and add to beans.
