Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients with only 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle cornflakes on top of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour remaining butter over casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Can be assembled day before.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
