- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add soup and heat, mixing or beating smooth. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in onion and cheese. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread potatoes evenly in dish. Pour saucepan mixture over potatoes, mixing lighRecipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
