  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • cornflake crumbs - 1 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make cheesy potato casserole:

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add soup and heat, mixing or beating smooth. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in onion and cheese. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread potatoes evenly in dish. Pour saucepan mixture over potatoes, mixing ligh
