  • pkg - 1 lb
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item

How to make potato casserole:

Combine first six ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Cover top with pats of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.

This recipe is great to freeze before or after cooking.
