Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine first six ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Cover top with pats of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.This recipe is great to freeze before or after cooking.
