  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • minced onion - 1/4 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • large potatoes, peeled and diced - 5 item

How to make microwave potatoes:

Place all ingredients, except cheese in a 3-quart microwave-safe dish with lid. Microwave on High for 10 minutes. Stir; add cheese. Stir again. Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes. Stir again before serving.
