Green beans with horseradish sauce
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- horseradish
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- cans green beans - 2 oz
- several bits of ham or bacon - 1 item
How to make green beans with horseradish sauce:
Cook beans with meat and sliced onion for 1 hour or more. Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients and set aside at room temperature.When beans are ready to serve, drain. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over beans. Serves 8.
