Green beans with horseradish sauce



  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • horseradish
  • large onion, sliced - 1 item
  • cans green beans - 2 oz
  • several bits of ham or bacon - 1 item

How to make green beans with horseradish sauce:

Cook beans with meat and sliced onion for 1 hour or more. Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients and set aside at room temperature.

When beans are ready to serve, drain. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over beans. Serves 8.
