- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- ground pork - 2 lb
How to make pork and cabbage:
Brown ground pork and onion in skillet, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Separate cabbage into leaves. Add to pork mixture with 1 cup water. Steam, covered, for 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp. Stir in noodles. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
