  • milk - 1 item
  • biscuit mix - 2 c
  • bulk hot sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage rolls:

Prepare 2 cups biscuit mix with milk according to directions on box. Roll into a rectangle. Crumble and spread sausage over biscuit rectangle. Roll up jelly roll fashion, the long way. Place in freezer. When ready to serve, remove from freezer 1/2 hour before slicing thinly. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
