Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make smothered pork chops:
Place chops in baking dish. Do not need to brown them. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on thickness of chops at 375°.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
